First of all, welcome! I’m glad you have found my site and this page. Let me introduce myself and explain who I am and what this site is about.
My name is Bill Campbell and Apocalypse Straw Solutions is my company website. The focus of this site is to showcase work that I have done and projects I am working on. I mainly do websites for local area businesses and so I am not trying to sell to the entire world. To me, local means businesses in the Metairie, Kenner, and New Orleans, Louisiana area.
I work during the day for a large, local healthcare organization and I work on my client sites/projects at night. I enjoy exposing everyone I talk to to new, exciting ways to expand their business if they have one. If they don’t have one, I like to find out their hobbies or interests and show them how they can follow that passion online and make some money. Most of which I have learned from Pat Flynn’s Smart Passive Income Blog and Chris Guthrie from makemoneyontheinternet.com and I refer them to these sites for more information.
The starkness of this site is by design and for two reasons:
- Newspapers have been black on white forever and so I have chosen the minimalist approach to avoid distraction.
- I tend to work more on my client sites and less on my own.
